Holiday Surcharges
Because we work "on location", traveling during certain holidays and weekends can become tricky, and we are constantly working on finding the right work/life balance. We have some additional costs for working during some holidays and holiday weekends.
Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend include the Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday of the weekend. July 4th only constitutes the day itself.

Small Wedding Coverage

Hotel Surcharges
If the reception location is 90 minutes or more from Ringwood, NJ*, hotel fees will be included in the total cost to be paid by the client.
A $150 fee will be added upon signing the contract. If the hotel room cost at the time of booking is less than $150, the excess amount paid will be put towards the overall balance. If the hotel cost exceeds $150 at the time of booking, the additional amount will be added to the overall balance.
Destination locations may require additional nights.
New Year's Eve weddings require a hotel fee if the venue is more than 30 minutes from Ringwood, NJ*.
New Year's Eve weddings more than 90 minutes from Ringwood, NJ*, will require hotel coverage for 2 nights.
*The calculation on the timed distance from Ringwood, NJ, will be determined based on equivalent day/time/season drives. For example, the drive from Ringwood to a venue down the shore may only take 80 minutes on a Tuesday morning in March, but will exceed 90 minutes on a weekend in the summer.
